摘要
缅甸瑞丽江一级水电站厂房发电机层以上结构为钢筋混凝土框架结构,对混凝土的外观质量要求较高,故采用了镜面混凝土施工技术。通过对模板施工及混凝土浇筑等工艺的研究,掌握了适合本工程的镜面混凝土施工技术要领。拆模后框架混凝土表面平顺、光滑,轴线、体型尺寸准确,棱角分明,达到了免装饰效果。
The structure above the generator floor in the powerhouse of Shweli (1) hydropower project in Myanmar is of framed reinforced concrete, which should be pleasing to the eye, therefore the mirror face concrete construction technology was used. Its main points have been grasped after study of formwork construction and concreting technology, which are suited to the Shweli (1) hydropower project. After dismantling of the formwork the framed concrete provides a straight, smooth and glossy surface with an accurate axis, configuration and shape, clear edges and comers, thus avoiding special finishing and decoration work.
