摘要
设计了一个以LabVIEW为软件支持,以NI-USB6008数据采集卡和测温电路为硬件支持的多通道在线电机温升测试和分析系统。本系统具有数据采集、在线监控、超温度警示、数据保存等多种功能,同时拥有良好的用户界面。试验结果证明,本系统可以准确快速地反映电机温度的变化状况,自动对电机温度数据进行有效地保存,改进了传统仪器测量的缺点,提高了检测精度和检测效率。
A multi-channel test and analysis system for the temperature rising of motor is presented, which is based on LabVIEW as software and the NI-USB6008 data acquisition card plus the conditioning circuits as hardware. It has the functions of data acquisition, online monitoring, over temperature warning and data storage. A friendly us- er-interface can also be derived at the same time. It is proved by the experimental results that the proposed system is very effective in determining the real operational status of motors and the temperature data can he properly stored in the hard disk of the computer. It overcomes the disadvantages of the traditional instruments and improves the precision and efficiency of the final measurement results.
