医院—社区一体化精神卫生服务的效果分析

Effectiveness of the hospital-community integral mental health service

目的评价以患者为中心的医院—社区一体的精神卫生服务模式,对促进患者社区康复、提高病家满意度的作用。方法选择我区享受一体化服务的免费服药患者329例,用自制的调查问卷对患者的基本情况、药物依从性、规范就医、复发住院、满意度情况进行调查。结果入组后免费服药患者规范门诊率为98.78%,比入组前上升51.36%;按医嘱服药率为99.39%,比入组前上升16.41%;住院人数为8人,平均住院日为109.13天,住院均次费为8346.43元,分别比入组前5年平均下降了70.59%、47.64%、42.69%;89.94%的病家认为一体化服务比以往服务更令他们满意。结论医院—社区一体服务有利于提高患者的规范就医、药物依从性;有利于降低病情复发率、减少平均住院日;有利于病家满意。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of the hospital - community integral mental health service in illness recovery and patients and family satisfaction. Methods： Three hundred and twenty - nine patients who took part in the hospital - community integral mental health service were investigated the self - made questionnaire on basic information, compliance, follow -up condition, relapsing hospitalization, and their satisfaction level. Results ： After they had been accepted into the new group, the ratio of free expense patients＇ regular visiting of the clinic has reached 98.78% , with a 51.36% rise. And the ratio of medication compliance reached 99.39% , with a 16.41% rise. Eight was hospitalized and the average hospitalization days was 109.13 and the medical fee was 8346.43 yuan per time, with a decrease of 70. 59% , 47. 64% and 42. 69% respectively compared with 5 years before. Eighty - nine point nine four percent of the families prefer the integral mental health service than the previous one. Conclusion：The integral whole service of the hospital - community has advantages in raising patients and their families compliance, lowering relapse rate, reducing average hospitalization day and making patients satisfied.
