摘要
提出摩擦力可控式抱桩器的设计方案,应用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行辅助设计分析与调整,结合计算结果调整,完成摩擦力可控,可以显示瞬时压力、摩擦力和应力的抱桩器系列产品方案设计,从而填补国内空白,降低导管架平台建设成本。
This paper puts forward to controllable friction skirt pile gripper for the design, using ANSYS software aided design analysis and adjustment, forming a more mature programs, results with feedback adjustment controllable completion of friction, it can show the instantaneous pressure the friction and some production designs. This design fills up domestic field and reduces jacket platform construction cost.
