摘要
阐述了废弃桩基平台拆除的基本要求,介绍了所开发的废弃桩基平台拆除可视化信息管理系统的基本组成部分及其功能,建立了相关的数据库,提出了制定一套废弃桩基平台拆除方案的基本方法和步骤,并从环境、工艺、安全、经济、工期等方面进行综合评价,确保方案的可行性。
This paper presents the basic requirements of offshore jacket platform decommissioning, introduces the main components and functions of the visual management system and establishes the relevant database. Meanwhile, the basic methods and processes for jacket removal/decommissioning are put forward, and the comprehensive evaluation of the environment, etc this engineering project is feasible based on techniques, safety, economy and work time
