摘要 为探讨性激素对鼠实验性肝癌的影响,复制DEN-AAF-PH肝癌动物模型.从形态计量角度.分别观察雌二醇、睾酮和去势手术对鼠实验性肝癌的作用。结果表明,雄性大鼠比雌性形成癌前增生性结节的数目多,体积大(P<0.01);雌二醇可使结书数目减少和体积减小.而睾酮与之相反;睾丸切除可减轻癌前病变.卵巢切除可加重癌前增生性结节的病变程度。性激素在鼠实验性肝癌的发生发展过程中起着重要作用。 To investigate the effects of sex hormone on experimental HCC in rats, HCC model wasreconstructed by DEN-AAF-PH method. The effects of estradiol, testosterone and castration wereobserved and analysed by morphometry. The results indicated that the number and volume of precancerous hyperplastic nodules were larger (P<0. 001) in male than in female rats; cstradiol reduced thenumber and size of nodules, while testosterone increased them; orchiectomy could lighten the precancerous pathological change but ovariectomy could worsen it. Sex hormones might play some importantroles in the occurrence and development of experimental HCC in rats.
