摘要
采用实验动物制造血栓模型，观察本品对血栓形成的影响，并结合血栓形成的发病机理，观察了本品对血脂、血液流变学、微循环的作用．结果表明，本品对体内外血栓形成都有抑制作用（P＜0．01），并可降低TC和TG（P＜0．01）．改善血液流变学和微循环。
The thrombus model was made, and the effects of this medicine on thrombosis were observed. In combination with the related pathogenesis of thrombosis, the effects of this medicine onlipodemia, hemorrheology and microcirculation were also observed. The results showed that thismedicine has definite effect on anti-thrombosis both in vivo and in vitro (P＜0.01) Besides, it can also reduce lipodemia (P＜0. 01). and improve hemorrheology and microcirculation.
