达诺欣治疗下呼吸道感染的临床评价

CLINICS EVALUATION OF CEFOPERAZONE USED FOR INFERIOR RESPIRATORY TRACT INFECTION

为评价达诺欣（头孢哌酮）对下呼吸道感染的疗效．使用达诺欣随机治疗了呼吸道感染36例．有效率为91．6％．病原菌清除率为84．0％．轻微不良反应发生率为7．7％．提示达诺欣是治疗下呼吸道感染．尤其是未能明确病原菌的下呼吸道感染的首选抗生素。

To cvaluate the efficacy of cefoperazone in the treatment of inferior respiratory tract infection. we made a randomized clinical trial. 36 patients admitted to the hospital with the diagnosis ofinferior respiratory traet infection received two daily 2~3g doses of cefoperazone intravenously for 7~14 days. Of these patients, the rate of total responses was 91. 6%, the rate of bacteria clearance was84. 0% and the rate of side effects was 7. 7 %. This study indicates that cefoperazone in optimal therapy against the inferior respiratory tract infection, cspecially the infection of unknown origin and nosocomial pneumonias.
