摘要 为初步研究卡介苗ERP基因缺失突变株对小鼠的毒性作用,将卡介苗ERP基因缺失突变株和BCG分别皮下接种BALB/c小鼠后,取小鼠脾脏和肺脏匀浆,将匀浆液稀释后接种于罗氏培养基,培养3周后计菌落数(CFU);同时观察肺部病理改变,并比较和分析免疫16周时各组小鼠肺、肝、脾的脏器系数.结果表明,卡介苗ERP基因缺失突变株较BCG对BALB/c小鼠毒性低. To investigate the virulence of ERP-deficient Bacille Calmette-Guerin (BCG) in BALB/c mice, BALB/c mice were subcutaneously immunized with ERP-deficient Bacille Chalmette-Guerin (BCG). The spleen and lung of mice were isolated, and suitable dilutions of the homogenates were plated on Lowenstein- Jensen medium. The numbers of CFU were counted three weeks after incubation. In addition, lung histopathology was observed, and organ coefficients, such as lung, liver, spleen were compared at 16th weeks. The results suggest that the virulence to BALB/c mice of ERP-deficent Bacille Calmette-Guerin (BCG) is lower than that of BCG.
