本文详细地研究了在PH6.8—8.0有CTMAB存在下,钯与4′—羟基—3′—甲氧基—苯基荧光酮的显色反应。生成的配合物λ_(max)=582nm,ε=1.14×10~5L/mol·cm,钯与显色剂的配合比为1:2。钯量在0—14μg/25mL范围内服从比尔定律。采用巯基棉分离常见金属离子,选择性大为提高。方法用于钯催化剂中钯的测定,与其它方法对照,结果一致。
The colour reaction of Palladium with 4'-hydroxy-3'-methoxy-Phenylfluorone in the presence of CTMAB has been studied. The conditions and method for spectrophotometric determination of palladium have been established. The complex is formed at pH 6.8-8.0. The maximum absorption of the complex is at 582nm with apparent molar absorptivity of 1.14×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). The molar ratio of Pd to the reagent in the complex is 1:2. Beer's law is obeyed over the range 0-4μg Pd per 25 mL. The common metal ions have been separated by sulfhydrylated cotton. The method has been applied to determine Pd in the Pd-active carbon and in pd-alumina catalyst with satisfactory accuracy and precision.
