输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石

Treatment of Ureteral Stones with the Use of Wolf Uretergcope and Pneumatic Lithotripter (report of 1360 cases)

目的分析输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的方法。方法总结采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石1360例(1464侧)的临床资料。结果一次性碎石成功率91.3%(1337/1464),术中并发症发生率2.9%(43/1464)。上段结石一次性碎石成功率82.26%(218/265),术中并发症发生率5.28%(14/265),上段结石碎石失败率高。结论输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石方法安全有效。

Objective To evluate the treatment with ureteral stones by the use of Wolf Ureteoscope and pnermatic lithotripter. Methods From Sep. 2001 to May 2008,1 360 cases of ureteral stone were ureteroseopiealy treated by the use of the above mentioned lithotripter. Results Success late of the stones were tragmened on one session was 91.3% （ 1 337/1 464）. Complications occurred in 2.9% （43/1 464）. 82.26% （218/265） of the ureteral stones paragraph were tragmened on one session. Complications occurred in 5.28% （ 14/265 ）. Conclusion Treatment of the ureteral stones by the use of ureteroscope and pneumatie lithotrioter is safe and effective.
