血清乳酸脱氢酶对成人急性白血病临床意义研究

Study on the clinical significance of serum lactic dehydrogenase in adult acute leukemia

目的观察成人急性白血病（AL）患者血清乳酸脱氢酶（sLDH）变化，以探索其对AL诊断、治疗及预后判断的临床意义。方法用速率法动态检测124例AL患者化疗前及完全缓解期的sLDH。结果成人AL患者治疗前sLDH显著高于正常对照组（P〈0．01），完全缓解时恢复正常，治疗前sLDH升高组完全缓解率、3年生存率明显低于sLDH正常组（P〈0．05）。结论sLDH水平可作为成人AL的病情动态观察和疗效、预后观测的重要参考指标。

Objective To study the change of serum lactic dehydrogenase （sLDH） and its clinical significance in patients with adult acute leukemia（AL）. Methods Serum LDH levels in 124 cases of adult AL were dynamically measured before chemotherapy and in complete remissionperiod by rate method. Results The sLDH levels of adult AL patients before chemotherapy were significantly higher than those of normal controls, and fell into normal in complete remission period. The complete remissive rate and the rate of 5-year long-term survival in the high LDH group were lower than those in the normal sLDH group. Conclusion Serum LDH level may be considered as an important indicator for therapeutic effects and prognosis for adult AL.
