福建省婴儿死亡率影响因素的灰关联分析

Grey Relation Analysis for the Factors Affecting Infant Mortality Rate in Fujian

目的研究福建省婴儿死亡率的影响因素，为卫生部门制定预防措施提供依据。方法对１９９１年福建省７５个县市的妇幼卫生基础调查资料，选用９项对婴儿死亡率有影响的指标应用灰色关联分析，计算这９项指标与婴儿死亡率的关联度。结果母乳喂养率、１２岁以上文盲半文盲率、新法接生率、年人均收入与婴儿死亡率的关联度分别为０．７３２３，０．７２８９，０．６７０６，０．６５０７。结论提高母乳喂养率、人群文化水平、新法接生率和人民的经济收入是降低福建省婴儿死亡率的主要措施。

bjective\ We analysed the factors affecting infant mortality rate in Fujian province,in order to provide information of interposition for the health departments.\ Methods\ According to the basic investigation data of 75 county in Fujian in 1991,we selected 9 indexes relating to infant mortality rate and used grey relation analysis to calculate grey correlation coefficient of 9 indexes with infant mortality rate.\ Results\ Grey correcations coefficient of breast feeding rate(‰),the illiteracy and semiilliteracy rate over twelve years old(%),midwifery rate(%),per capital income in the year(yuan/man) with infant mortality rate were 0 7323,0.7289,0.6706,0.6507,respectively.\ Conclusion\ To raise breast feeding rate,cultural level of people,new method delivery rate and economic income are major measures of reducing infant mortality rate.
