改革开放既是体制变革的过程,也是社会价值观变革的过程。改革开放以来,中国社会价值观逐渐由传统的以伦理道德为中心向以人为中心、以人为本转变。了解改革开放以来社会价值观的转变,分析其原因,进一步加强和改进社会价值观建设,对构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要意义。

To reform and open up is to transform not only social system but also social values. Since the reform and the opening up, China has been transforming its social values from the morality-centered toward people-centered and people-oriented. To construct a harmonious socialist society, it is significant to be well aware of the transformation together with its causes, and to improve the value construction as well.
