摘要
人们选择方便面的三大需求依次是:方便,口感,营养。在提高方便作用和口感后,营养健康逐渐成为食品产业发展的核心内容,在方便面中所使用添加剂成了人们关注的焦点,本文对汤料和面饼中常见的添加剂进行了简要综述。
People choose instant noodles followed by the three major demands: convenience, taste and nutrition. Besides improving the convenience and taste, nutrition and health has gradually become the core content of the additives used in the instant noodles. This paper briefly reviewed the normal additives used in the soup and Mianbing.
