概述了蚂蚁的保健、药用价值,实验中以糯米酒为基酒并添加蚂蚁、虫草、人参、枸杞提取液加以调配,开发出酒度为28.6°的具有多种功效的保健滋补酒。
The health care and medical value of ants was summarized. The glutinous rice wine blended with ants, cordyc. militaris, ginseng and fruetus lyeii in the experiment. The tonic wine which has a liquor degree of 28.6° is developed.
