A Study on Stainless Steel Billets' Concasting Technologies

摘要 本文就“八五”期间,长钢利用矫直半径为9/17.5m弧型小方坯连铸机,92年与冶金部签订“开发方坯连铸Cr-Ni不锈钢”攻关课题以来,通过对无氧化保护渣”的应用、电磁搅拌参数的最佳选择及控制最佳的过热度等工艺操作和工艺参数模拟,取得了一定的参考数据,为不锈钢上连铸摸索了一套生产经验。 The paper describes that The Chang-Steel used one curved billet CCM to develop Cr-Ni stainless steel billets' concasting by the technological operations such as the application of casting powder without oxidation, the selection of elec tromagnetic stirring data and the control of maximum overheat of steel liquid, and by the simulation of technological data during the period of the Eighth-Five Year Plan. Some reference data had been already abtained, and some production experi ences had been got for the stainless steel's concasting.
