摘要
本文主要介绍了电炉炼钢中的氧化脱磷的基本原理。从热力学和动力学两个方面探讨了影响氧化脱磷的几个主要因素:熔池温度、炉渣碱度、炉渣氧化性及渣量等。分析了炼钢现场熔化渣碱度与脱磷率的关系,氧化初始温度和脱碳量与脱磷平均速度的关系。
The paper has described the basic principles of dephosphorization during the oxidation period of EAF steelmaking, discussed thermally dynamically the main factors such as melting bath temperature, slag alkalinity, slag oxidation properties,slag quantity etc which influence the oxidation dephosphorization, and analyzed the relations between the alkalinity of melting slag at the steelmaking site and the de phosphorization ratio, and between the starting temperature and decarbonization amount for oxidation and the average rate of dephosphorization.
