摘要
高等教育体系逐步由封闭走向开放,高校与政府、市场、社会以及高校间的联系日益密切。高校必须紧跟新的形势,走出象牙塔,广泛参与社会,瞄准自身优势,抢抓新的机遇,迎接新的挑战。
Higher educational system gradually changes from closure to opening-up and it becomes associated with the govrnment,market,society and other universities.Universites should follow the new tendency,widely participate in the society,grasp the new opportunities and meent the new challenges.
