摘要
目的探讨影响高血压老人记忆功能的心理社会因素以及心理干预对其记忆功能的影响。方法以匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、家庭功能评定量表(FAD)、生活事件量表(LES)进行心理干预前评定;用前瞻随机对照方法对79例高血压老人追踪心理干预1年半,以修订韦氏记忆量表(WMS)每半年对研究对象进行1次评定。结果①记忆商数(MQ)评分与睡眠质量、病程呈负相关,与情感介入呈正相关;②心理干预后随访干预组记忆商数分值比对照组高,差异有统计学意义。结论高血压老人的记忆功能与睡眠、病程等密切相关。心理干预可减轻高血压老人记忆功能的受损程度。
Objective To explore psyehosocial factors and effects of psychological intervention on the memory function of elders with primary hypertension. Methods Before the psychological intervention, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQ） ,Family Assessment Device（FAD）, and Life Event Scale （LES） were applied for assessing the state of the memory function. A randomly prospective study was performed among 79 elders with hypertension who received the psychological intervention for one and a half years, and they were assessed with Weehsler Memory Scale （WMS） every six months. Results （1） The scores of MQ had a negative correlation with sleep quality and the course of the disease, and a positive correlation with the emotion intervention. （2） The scores of MQ in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group. Conclusions The memory function of the elders with hypertension has a close relation with sleep quality and the course of hypertension. The psychological intervention can reduce the degressive degree of the memory function.
