摘要
目的为了解学生课间心理保健操对神经质偏常发展的人群的改善效果。方法利用艾森克人格问卷对于中学生中神经质偏常发展人群进行筛选(艾森克人格问卷中神经质分数的标准分数大于61.5),使用学生课间心理保健操进行训练。结果发现偏常做操组前测与后测神经质分数差异有统计学意义(f=11.6,P<0.01),且具有一定的效果保持性(前测与跟踪测试神经质分数比较:f=25.5,P<0.001)。结论学生课间心理保健操对于人群中的神经质偏常发展的状况有所改善,并且具有一定的保持作用。
Objective To understand the effect of psychological health exercises at playtime on neurotic crowd. Methods Eysenck Personality Questionnaire was used for screening the neurotic crowd in middle school students ( the scores of neuroticism on Eysenck Personality Questionnaire were more than 61.5), and the psychological health exercises were trained among the students at playtime. Results The psychological health exercises improved significantly the condition of the students by contrast to the pre-test and post-test on neuroticism scores, F = 11.6, P 〈 0.01, and maintained the improved effects in a certain time by contrast to the pre-test and tracking test on neuroticism scores, F = 25.5, P〈 0. 001. Conclusions The psychological health exercises at playtime can improve neuroticism and maintain the effect in a certain role.
