对预出院抑郁症患者及家属同步健康教育的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨对预出院抑郁症患者、家属实施同步健康教育对患者出院后的服药依从性及康复的影响。方法:将123例预出院抑郁症患者按随机化原则分为实验组63例,对照组60例。对患者健康教育的同时对实验组相对应的家属63例实施同步健康教育。回访调查出院1年后两组患者的服药依从性、社会适应能力,并对患者出院两年后进行康复评定。结果:实验组患者出院1年后服药依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.01),两年后康复评定,实验组患者的心理社会康复及症状复发均优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:抑郁症患者在症状控制后,应对患者及家属实施同步健康教育,以增强患者的服药依从性和社会适应能力,降低复发率,促进患者的康复。 Objective: To explore the effect of on the willingness to taking medicine and its recovery. Methods: To divide the these patients randomly into 63 enperimental groups and 60 contrasting groups. And the synchronous health education for the patients in experimental groups and their families were carried out. One year later, the willingness to take medicine, the ability to adapting to the society and their degree of recovery were evaluated. Results: Patients in experimental groups axe much better in pyehological state and rehphilitation than those in contrasting groups. Conclusion: After the control of the symptoms of depression, synchronous health education for the patients and their families should be taken, by this means, it will be far easier to promote the recovery of the depression.
