论我国行政赔偿制度的完善

The Perfection of the Administrative Compensation

我国行政赔偿制度存在着赔偿范围过窄、赔偿程序不合理、赔偿标准太低、追偿制度法律规定不明确等问题。在立法时,应扩大行政赔偿的范围、简便赔偿程序、提高赔偿标准、完善追偿制度,以此完善我国的行政赔偿制度。

There are some problems in our administrative compensation system, such as the compensation scope is so narrow, the compensation standard is too low, the compensation procedure is imperfect and so on. We should enlarge the scope of the compensation, simplify the compensation procedure, improve the compensation standard, perfect the recovery system in the legislation and so as to perfect the administrative compensation.
