摘要
通过对全球首例BT下载侵权案的法律分析,提出了由软件所引发的有关网络环境下的信息网络传播权方面的法律问题,并对这些问题进行分析,提出保护措施。
The paper gave the analysis of the first BT downloading infringement case and some information network communication rights legal problems caused by the software in the network, and then offered some protection measures.
