加强安检防爆队伍建设和培训研究

On the Enhancement of the Construction and Training of the Security Inspection and Control Explosion Team

安检防爆工作是大型活动安保工作的重要环节。在构建和谐社会环境下,安检防爆队伍的建设及教育培训问题尤为重要。目前国内安检防爆队伍建设培训环节存在一些问题,队伍选拔的素质要求和稳定强化队伍战斗力的措施有待改进。应分层次进行教育培训,改进强化培训内容,贴近公安实战进行情景模拟训练,建立安检防爆信息网,开展学术研讨会,坚持科技强警,引进先进安检防爆设备等。

The security inspection and control explosion is the important part in the large activities security. In the construction of the harmonious society, the construction and training of the security inspection and control explosion team are very important. The paper offers some measures through analyzing the problems in the training, such as： order training method, improvement on the training content, situational analogue training, setting up the information internet, enhancement of the academic exchange, science and technology strengthening police and so on.
