西方警务革命对世界警务工作产生了深远影响。目前,无论是从国际警务改革的形势还是从公安部门的愿望来看,深化对公安工作的改革都迫在眉睫。本文立足于西方警务改革的历史及最新形势,结合我国的警务改革实践,从警务观念、警察职能、社区警务、考核机制以及警务培训等方面对我国警务改革提出了建议。

The west policing reform has profound influence on the world policing reform. It is imminent to deepening reform no matter from the international policing reform or the public security organs. The paper gave some suggestions to the policing reform from the policing concepts, police function, community policing, evaluation mechanism and policing training based on the history of the west policing reform and the new situation.
