摘要 利用LabVIEW开发平台建立了一套可靠、有效的SSRF数字电源中高精密DCCT(DC cur-rent transducer)的稳定性测试系统,包括硬件与软件设计。通过串口(RS232)与GPIB接口进行通讯,友好、清晰的人机界面能够方便地实现数字电源DCCT稳定性测控,并显示即时的稳定性,同时工控机实现数字电源高精密DCCT长期稳定性测试的数据记录与保存。Excel格式数据存储通过该软件完成,不仅可以得出稳定性数值与曲线图,还可以为以后进一步分析做准备。 A set of reliable and effective testing platform has been established to evaluate the stability of the DCCT (DC current transducer) for the digital PS with LabVIEW, including test hardware configuration and software design. The program in LabVIEW language has been developed to perform computer testing and control for high performance DCCT of SSRF digital PS via serial communication (RS232) and GPIB, and provides a friendly user interface to testing platform of DCCT that makes it easy to observe its stability and perform instrument control, long-time data acquisition and data recording. The experimental data are stored in an excel file (or access file) via extremely precise instrument and industrial computer, which not only can be processed to gain stability value and curves chart , but also is analyzed in the future.
