摘要
介绍一种以W77E58单片机为核心的核子料位计的软、硬件设计。根据射线穿过物质后强度衰减的原理,通过测定射线强度的变化,确定料位塔内料位的高度。采用反符合电路和高计数率芯片减小射线强度统计涨落对测量准确度的影响,获得了满意的测量精度、响应速度和稳定性。
This paper introduces the A nuclear material position monitor is presented with the key techniques of embedded MCU W77E58, It describes the design of hardware and software, basing on the principle is that when rays pass through substance, the intensity is attenuated, According to the change of the rays intensity, it is shown the height of the substance in the recipient. The instrument adopts anti-coincidence circuit and a high count-rate chip to eliminate the infection of the measure precision which arose by the rays fluctuating, enhance the measuring appliance the stability and the reliability.
