Fabrication of CdZnTe Nuclear Radiation Detector

摘要 本文简要介绍了采用国产碲锌镉(CdZnTe)单晶材料制备的CdZnTe核辐射探测器工艺及测试结果。对α带电粒子Thc-c/(6.04MeV、8.78MeV)FWHM=2.0%2、41Am(5.486MeV)FWHM=2.3%,137Cs低能γ(662keV)FWHM=9.7%和207Bi(1048.1keV、975.6keV)内转换电子所测定的能谱。 The fabrication process and test characteristics of the CAZnTe nuclear radiation detectors by home-made material single crystal were briefly introduced In the paper. The spectrum of the measured energy resolution (FWHM) is 2.0K for 8. 78 MeV and 6. 04MeV a particles of the Thc-c′-source, and 2. 3%for 5. 486MeV alphas of the Am^241 a-source, What is more , We have got shown the spectrum of The energy resolutions (FWHM) is 9.7% for 662keV γ rays of 137 Cs-source and the 1048. 1keV and 975. 6keV internal positrons of ^207Bi source.
