介绍了一种用于高能物理实验系统的串行的八通道FADC波形取样电路的设计考虑和工作过程。侧重介绍了波形采样原理,并使用FPGA完成串并转换和流水线缓冲存储。
This paper describes the design considerations and operation principle of a Eight-channel serial Flash ADC waveform aequisitiong system which is design for a high energy physics experiment facility. Emphasizing particularly on describes the principle of waveform acquisitiong and how to transform serial data to parallel data implemented by FPGA, including pipeline data buffer.
