关于高职课程改革中教师若干问题的思考

On the Ways of the Teachers' Adjusting Themselves to the Course Reform in HVC

高等职业技术教育课程改革已成为当前高职研究的热点,高职课程改革的关键人物———教师,应从教育观念、知识素养、合作与反思精神、科研意识等方面着手,不断提高自己,推进高职课程改革的深入进行。

Presently the course reform in higher vocational and technical colleges has become a hot topic during the study on higher vocational education. Playing a key role in this reform, the teachers should,refresh their educational concepts, enhance their knowledge attainments, establish the spirit of team work and introspection, intensify their consciousness of scientific study and so on, continuously to improve themselves for promotion the reform more deeply.
