摘要 利用有限元分析软件ANSYS 9.0建立高强螺栓连接的简化模型,对垫片尺寸不同的M20摩擦型高强螺栓的抗滑移性能进行了非线性分析,并对各种垫片尺寸下的ANSYS计算结果进行了对比研究。分析表明,不同尺寸的垫片对摩擦型高强螺栓的抗滑移性能有一定的影响,对实际工程有一定参考意义。 The simplified model connected by the high-strength bolts was established by making use of the ANSYS 9.0 software. The anti-slippery performances of the M20 frictional high-strength bolts, which had the various-size gaskets, were carried out by the nonlinear analysis. Moreover, the ANSYS digital results with the various-size gaskets were dealt with the comparative research. These indicate that the various-size gaskets have some influence on the anti-slippery performances of the frictional high-strength bolts. Therefore, some significant references to the actual engineering are offered.
