摘要 对14种商业隔膜的吸碱率、碱损失率和吸碱速度进行测试,并选出综合性能较好的磺化和特殊尼龙两类隔膜进行电池性能测试。SEM分析结果表明:这两类隔膜都比较耐碱和耐高温。化成容量、大电流放电效率、高温放电效率和自放电率测试的结果表明,特殊尼龙隔膜的综合性能较好。7号隔膜的10C放电效率为42.249%3、d自放电率为11.53%。 The alkaline absorbing rate, alkaline losing rate and alkaline absorbing speed of fourteen kinds of commercial separators were measured, two types of separators such as sulfonated and special nylon, which had better comprehensive performance were selected for the battery performance test. The SEM analysis results showed that the two types of separators were stable in alkaline solution and at high temperature. The results of formation capacity, heavy load discharge efficiency, high temperature discharge efficiency and serf-discharge rate tests showed that the special nylon separators had better comprehensive performance. The 10 C discharge efficiency and 3 d serf-discharge rate of the No. 7 separator were 42.249% and 11.53%, respectively.
