摘要
介绍以硫酸和瓮福高镁磷尾矿为原料综合回收磷和镁的工艺研究。通过对酸浸过程的理论与试验研究,讨论了各种因素对磷和镁浸出率的影响,优化出最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明,最佳条件下磷的浸出率为97.2%,镁的浸出率为98.5%。
This article introduces a craft research which use the sulfuric acid and Weng fu high - Mg phosphate tailings as the raw material to make the Mg, P. After to study the leaching process' theory and the experiment, discussing each kinds of factor to influence Mg and P leaching rate, Optimizing the best craft conditions. The experiment result indicated that Mg leaching rate is about 98.5 % and P leaching rate is about 97.2 %.
