摘要
合成了联苯乙酮缩氨基硫脲及其铜(Ⅱ)配合物,采用生长速率法测定联苯乙酮缩氨基硫脲及其铜(Ⅱ)配合物对草莓灰霉病的抑菌作用。实验证明:联苯乙酮缩氨基硫脲及其铜(Ⅱ)配合物对草莓灰霉病菌丝生长有不同程度的抑菌作用,而联苯乙酮缩氨基硫脲铜(Ⅱ)配合物的抑菌作用大于配体。
4 - Aeetylbiphenyl thiosemiearbazone and its copper ( Ⅱ ) complexes were prepared. The antifungal activities of the compounds against Botrytis einerea in Strawberry were determined by means of myeelium growth rate method. Experimental results indicated that 4 - Aeetylbiphenyl thiosemiearbazone and its Cu ( Ⅱ ) complexes have antifungal activity against the Botrytis einerea in different degree, and among them Cu ( Ⅱ ) complex has higher antifungal activities than 4 - Aeetylbiphenyl thiosemiearbazone.
