摘要
采用实验法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,观察运动因素对大学生台阶指数的影响。结果显示,有运动规律、每周运动频率在3次以上、每次运动时间在30-60min的大学生台阶指数较高,主要运动项目为篮球、足球的大学生台阶指数较其它运动项目高。运动不足是大学生心血管系统机能较差的主要原因,选择具有一定运动强度和运动量的体育项目,有规律、高频率地进行课外体育锻炼,能有效地增强大学生的心血管系统机能。
Examining the influence of the sports factors on the step exponent of colleges students with the experiment method, questionnaire survey method and Mathematical Statistics method. The result shows that their step exponents are higher if college students do sports regularly, the sports rate is over three a week, and the sports time is between 30 - 60min every time. The step exponent is higher about these college students whose main sports are basketball and football. It's the main reason that Cardiovascular System function of college students is bad to lack sports. It can effectively strengthen the Cardiovascular System function of college students to choose the sports with exercise strength and amount, and do the Extra - curricular sports regularly and frequently.
