摘要
通过对高等院校无形资产现状的分析，说明高校必须重视对无形资产的认识、保护、开发、利用。
This paper analyses present situation of intangible assets in colleges and universities.and shows that the colleges and universities must pay great attention to confirmation, protection, development,utilization,management and cultivation of intangible assets.
