世界服务贸易发展经验特别是服务业发达国家的经验表明,服务贸易结构优化中技术进步因素作用越来越大。文章对美国服务贸易结构变化进行实证分析,结果发现长期以来美国的服务贸易结构不仅合理而且不断优化,今后美国仍可保持其强者地位。接着通过实证方法验证技术进步特别是技术创新在美国服务贸易结构优化中起了重要作用,美国在服务业技术创新方面的经验值得我国借鉴。

The developing experiences of international service trade, especially the experiences of service industry in developed countries, shows whether the structure of service trade in a country is optimization is the key element to irffluence the exporting competition. However technological innovation is a important element to effect on the structure of service trade. The paper empirically analysis the structural changes of service trade in AMERICA. And it studies and finds that the structure of service trade in AMERICA was not only reasonable but constantly optimized , which shows the status of America in service trade is never threatened o Then the paper empirically studies and finds that the technological progress especially the technological innovation play an important role in the structural optimization of service trade in AMERICA. American experiences in the field of technological innovation are worth to our reference.
