连续5年临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药变迁 被引量:3

摘要 目的:了解近5年来吉林大学第一医院鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药变迁。方法:采用纸片扩散法进行药敏试验,根据美国临床和实验室标准协会文件(2003—2007年)的标准判断结果;采用WHONET-5软件对耐药性数据进行分析。结果:碳青霉烯类抗菌药物是所有被测药物中对563株鲍曼不动杆菌抗菌作用最强的抗菌药物,但亚胺培南和美罗培南的耐药率在2007年分别达22.6%和23.2%。鲍曼不动杆菌多重耐药严重,临床常用抗菌药物的耐药性呈逐年上升趋势。结论:应加强鲍曼不动杆菌细菌耐药监测,了解其耐药变迁,指导临床合理用药,防止耐药菌株的传播。 Objective: To investigate the antimicrobial resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated in the First Hospital of Jilin University during the past 5 years. Methods: Disk diffusion test was used to study the antimicrobial resistance. The results were evaluated based on Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (2003-2007). WHONET 5 was applied for analysis. Results: Although carbapenems were the most active antibiotics tested against Acinetobacter baumannii, 22.6% and 23.2% Acinetobacter baumannii in 2007 were resistant to imipenem and meropenem. Susceptibility test showed that Acinetobacter baumannii was multiple resistant. The antimierobial resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii increased. Conclusion: Monitoring of the antimicrobial resistance to Acinetobacter baumannii should be strengthened. The change of the antimicrobial resistance should be investigated for rational drug usage in the clinic and prevent bacterial strain of drug resistance from being transmitted.
