胰腺导管内乳头状黏液性肿瘤

摘要 胰腺导管内乳头状黏液性肿瘤（intraductal papillary mucinous tumors of the pancreas，IPMT）是一种起源于胰腺导管上皮的胰腺外分泌肿瘤，但与同样起源于胰腺导管上皮的胰腺导管腺癌不同，IPMT有着较好的预后。1982年日本学者Ohhashi等。首先报道了4例能够分泌黏液的胰腺癌，此后又有多例相同的报道，由于当时对本病的认识不清，在形态上和影像学上肿瘤又多表现为囊性的肿块，所以此后文献对该肿瘤曾有过多种不同命名，如产黏液癌、高分泌黏液癌、导管内乳头状肿瘤、导管高分泌黏液肿瘤、
