国际马铃薯和番茄基因组测序进展 被引量:6

International Potato and Tomato Genome Sequencing Projects and Their Current Status in China

摘要 国际番茄基因组项目计划精细测定220Mb的常染色质区域,马铃薯基因组项目计划测定全基因组840Mb的DNA序列。中国是两个项目的参与国,负责番茄染色体Ⅲ、XI和马铃薯染色体X、XI的测序工作。基于番茄和马铃薯基因组间存在着高度的相似性,在二者染色体XI测序的同时运用了比较测序的方法。 The International Solanaceae Genome Project (SOL) aims to obtain the sequence of complete 220 Mb euchromatin portion of tomato genome, expecting that portion containing the majority of genes, while the Potato Genome Sequencing Consortium (PGSC) aims to obtain the sequence of the 840 Mb of potato genome. China participates both of the tomato and potato genome projects taking responsibility of chromosome Ⅲ, Ⅺ of tomato and chromosome Ⅹ, Ⅺ of potato. Based on the discovery of highly degree of similarity of tomato and potato genomes, comparative sequencing plays an important role when we work on the chromosome Ⅺ of tomato and potato simultaneously.
