摘要
‘红酥脆’梨由‘火把梨’与‘幸水’梨杂交育成,在郑州地区9月中旬成熟,果实卵圆形,单果质量260g,果面鲜红色,肉质细酥脆,汁多味甜,石细胞少,可溶性固形物含量13.5%~14.5%,总糖含量8.48%,总酸含量0.39%,维生素C含量0.07mg.g-1,品质上等,早果,丰产,抗性强。
' Hongsueui' is a new pear cultivar which derived from the cross ' Huobali' x ' Kosui' Fruits mature in the middle of September in Zhengzhou. The fruit is red skin, large size, weighing around 260 g. The flesh is fine, juicy and crisp with little stone cell. The soluble solids content is 13.5% - 14.5% , the total sugar content is 8.48%, the titratable acid content is 0.39% and the vitamin C content is 0. 07 mg · g^ -1 g It bears early, has high and stable yield, resistance to adverse condition, diseases and pests.
