A New Cucumber Cultivar for Pickling‘Dongnong 805’

‘东农805’是适于腌渍加工的小型黄瓜一代杂种。植株生长旺盛,主蔓结瓜,强雌性系,第一雌花着生在4～5节。瓜长8～9cm,横径2.0～2.5cm,单瓜质量35～40g,瓜皮有稀小刺瘤,白刺。鲜瓜维生素C含量0.13mg·g-1,可溶性固形物含量5.23%。丰产、稳产性好,产量74～76t·hm-2。抗细菌性角斑病、霜霉病、白粉病和枯萎病。

‘ Dongnong 805＇ is a small size of cucumber which is a hybrid suitable for pickling. It grows vigorously and stresses on a female line. The first female flower is growing on the forth and fifth node and the fruits are produced mainly on the stem. The fruit is 8 - 9 cm in length and 2.0 - 2.5 cm in diameter with a few white prickles. The single fruit weight is 35 -40 g. The content of vitamin C is 0. 13 mg · g^-1 and the soluble solids content is 5.23%. The yield is 74 -76 t · hm^-2. It is resistant to angular leaf spot, Fusarium wilt, downy, and powdery mildew.
