基于攀钢含钛高炉渣提钛尾渣的精炼脱硫剂研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用攀钢含钛高炉渣的提钛尾渣为主要原料,以活性氧化钙为改质剂,制备了性能优良无氟无污染的超低硫钢用精炼脱硫剂。研究了CaO加入量对渣系物相组成、半球点温度以及对钢样脱硫率影响的作用机理,并计算了不同CaO含量渣系的硫容量、光学碱度等理论脱硫热力学参数。结果表明:采用活性氧化钙作为改质剂可以明显提高尾渣的理论硫容量、光学碱度值等脱硫热力学参数,并且可以较好地改善提钛尾渣的熔化性能;当提钛后尾渣中的CaO含量为60%时,渣的光学碱度和硫容量值分别为0.781和15.8×10^(-3),此时渣具有最好的脱硫性能,可以在较短时间内将钢中硫含量从42.4×10^(-6)降为7.95×10^(-6),脱硫率为81.2%,硫分配系数为192.6;该研究结果为攀钢含钛高炉渣提钛尾渣的综合回收利用开辟了新的途径。 A new refining desulfurizing agent with good desulphurization property but without CaF2 was synthesized using Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co. blast furnace (BF) slag extracted titanium as main materials and active calcium oxide as addition agent. The effects and action mechanism of CaO content on the phase compositions, melting performance of the slag system and the desulfurizing ratio of steel samples were investigated. At the same time, the sulphur capacity and optical basicity of slag with different content CaO were given by theoretical calculation. The results show that active calcium oxide can not only increase violently the desulfurizing thermodynamic parameters such as sulphur capacity and optical basicity of the slag, but also can improve the melting performance. When the CaO content of the slag reaches 60 percent, the optical basicity and sulphur capacity of the slag are 0.781 and 15.8 × 10^-3 respectively, the desulphurization property of the slag is the best. The sulphur content of the steel can decrease from 42.4 × 10^-6 to 7.95 × 10^-6, the desulphurization ratio and sulphur distribution coefficient are 81.2 % and 192.6 respectively. A new technology of comprehensive utilization of BF slag beating titanium is developed through this paper.
