摘要
采用内氧化法制备了Cu/Cr2O3弥散强化铜基复合材料,并利用SEM、TEM等分析手段对其性能和微观结构进行了分析。实验结果表明:随着内氧化时间和温度的增加,内氧化层深逐渐增大;随变形量的增加,试样硬度和抗拉强度逐渐升高,导电率略有降低;微观组织分析表明,在铜基体上弥散分布着大量细小均匀的Cr2O3颗粒,其粒径为5-20nm,颗粒间距为20-50nm。
Cu/Cr2O3 composite was prepared by internal oxidation.The properties and microstructure of the composite were investigates by means of SEM and TEM.The results indicate that internal oxidation depth of the composite increases gradually with increase of internal oxidation time and temperature.The microhardness and the tensile strength of the composite increase with increasing deformation while the electrical conductivity drops slightly. The investigation of microstructure of the internal oxidation composite shows that a mass of fine Cr2O3 particles is dispersed in the copper matrix,the size of Cr2O3 particles is 5~20nm in diameter and the spatial distance between these particles is 20~50nm.
