摘要
中央对地方的政策问题历来是政治史研究中一个非常重要的问题,本文从发生于乾隆四十七年(1782)的国泰贪污案前后中央对山东政策的两次转变来分析这种中央对地方实行监控并相应作出调整对吏治产生的影响。
One of the important topics studied by political historians is central government policy towards the regions.This paper examines two major shifts in central government policy towards Shandong in the years surrounding the Guotai corruption case of 1774,during the Qianlong reign period,and looks at the central government's adjustments of the system of regional inspection officials and their consequences.
