扶正培本中药、帕米膦酸二钠联合放疗治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛

EFFECT OF FUZHENG PEIBEN THERAPY PLUS PAMIDRONATE DISODIUM AND RADIATION THERAPY FOR TREATMENT OF 78 PATIENTS WITH MALIGNANT TUMOR OSTEALGIA

目的探讨扶正培本中药、帕米膦酸二钠联合放疗在治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛中的疗效。方法78例恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛患者随机分为二组。所有患者均采用直线加速器放射治疗,每次300cGy,共10次,2周结束。而治疗组同时口服扶正培本中药,静滴帕米膦酸二钠治疗。结果治疗组镇痛效果、生活质量以及骨质修复有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论扶正培本中药、帕米膦酸二钠联合放疗是治疗骨转移疼痛的有效方案。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Fuzheng Peiben Therapy plus pamidronate disodium and radiation therapy for the pain caused by metastatic tumor of bone. Methods 78 patients with metastatic tumor of bone,all which received radiation therapy for two weeks, were randomly divided into two groups. And at the same time ,39 patients in the treated group received Fuzheng Peiben Therapy plus pamidronate disodium, 90mg ＋ 5% GS 250ml, ivdrip, for three times. Results The effective rates in treated group were Significant difference compared with the control group （P〈0. 05 or P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fuzheng Peiben Therapy plus pamidronate disodium and radiation therapy for the pain caused by metastatic tumor of bone is significantly improved.
