Horizontal Merger in an Open Economy

本文研究了开放经济下企业横向合并时市场供应及企业利润的变化。提出在企业合并中普遍存在的企业的合并弹性系数 ,此系数决定了未合并企业在其它企业合并时供应量的变化情况。

This paper studies the changes of market supply and firm's profit under horizontal merger in an open economy. The firm's merger elastic coefficient that generally exists in horizontal merger is put forward, and the coefficient decides the change of firm's products in horizontal merger. The conclusion is drawn that the international trade firms are more stable in getting profit than the domestic trade firms.
