不同碰撞模式下的汽车侧面结构抗撞性分析 被引量:4

摘要 对比了美国和欧洲侧面碰撞法规的不同,利用计算机模拟方法建立了某中级轿车4种不同碰撞模式(ECER95规定的移动变形壁障侧面碰撞、Euro-NCAP规定的侧面柱碰撞、FMVSS214规定的移动变形壁障侧面碰撞和侧面柱碰撞)的动态仿真模型。通过动态仿真计算获得了4种碰撞模式下的车体结构变形参数,分析比较了不同碰撞模式下车体结构变形特点和可能引起乘员伤害的程度,并提出了侧面结构抗撞性的改进方法。 The differences of US and European side impact regulations were analyzed,and the dynamic simulation models under four different kinds of impact modes(ECE R95 moving deformable barrier side impact,Euro-NCAP side pole impact,FMVSS214 moving deformable barrier side impact and side pole impact)for a passenger car were established by using computer simulation method.The body structure deformation parameters in four kinds of impact modes were obtained by using dynamic simulation calculation, the deformation characteristic and the degree of occupant injury were analyzed and compared in different impact modes, and the methods are presented to improve the side structure crashworthiness.
