汽车电子机械制动执行器的研制及压力估算研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对某轿车研制了电子机械制动(EMB)系统执行器,给出了EMB执行器的设计开发流程,搭建了EMB执行器压力估算试验台。从减小执行器体积、降低执行器成本及增加执行器可靠性的角度出发,由试验数据拟合得到了电机电流与执行器输出压力的关系曲线及执行器丝杠位移与执行器输出压力的关系曲线,为EMB执行器输出压力的估算提供了依据。 Based on a passenger car, the electromechanical brake (EMB)actuator is developed with its design process presented,and the test bench of pressure estimation is built.For reducing the size and cost of EMB actuator and increasing its reliability,the relationship curve between the current of EMB motor and the pressure of EMB actuator as well as the relationship curve between the displacement of screw rod and the pressure of EMB actuator are obtained by test data fitting, so as to provide basis for pressure estimation of EMB actuator.
